I had to spend a lot of time to find SIM reading software and then was only able to get a 30 day free trial. The instructions give a website to download the software but the website is no longer active. The product works fine but there is no software for reading SIM cards which is why I purchased this device. The text string should have a space between the first and last name, a comma between the last name and the phone number, the phone number should be just the number with no parentheses, dashes.
